Personal data processed

The app does not display ads, use analytics, or employ tracking SDKs.

• Identity and contact: name/display name, email address, and user identifier.
• Account and session: Firebase Authentication information, email verification status, and last sign-in time.
• Product and document data: product names, purchase dates, store info, prices, receipts, invoices, warranty documents, service documents, and user notes.
• Family space: family name, memberships, roles, and invite codes.
• Device preferences: theme selection and notification settings.

• Creating accounts, authentication, and account security
• Providing product, document, and warranty/return tracking features
• Cross-device sync and family space functionality
• Local notifications for warranty and return reminders
• Meeting legal obligations

Legal bases

Data may be processed as necessary to perform a contract, meet legal obligations, establish or protect legal rights, and pursue legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights.

Local-first data storage

When used without an account, all data stays on the device and is never sent to developer servers. When signed in, personal records sync automatically with a private cloud space tied to the account.

Service providers and international transfers

The service uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage), Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Apple/Google app-store infrastructure. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye.

International transfers are limited to what is necessary and handled under applicable safeguards.

Camera and gallery permissions

Camera and photo gallery access is used solely to attach product or document images chosen by the user.

Retention

Data is kept while your account remains active. After an account-deletion request, related data is deleted within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

Send requests through "Delete my account" or "Contact us" in the app, or email support@bcalikoglu.com.

Children
