Provider and scope

The Service Provider is Berkan Çalıkoğlu (support@bcalikoglu.com). The app allows users to digitally store receipts, invoices, and warranty documents to track warranty and return deadlines for their products.

Account and use rules

• You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and keeping your contact channel accessible.
• Account security, including password and device access, is your responsibility.
• You may not use the app unlawfully, harmfully, or in a way that disrupts the service.
• Each user is responsible for content they add to a family space.

Service scope

The app is a personal document archive and reminder tool. It does not provide legal, financial, or consumer advice. Warranty periods are based on information entered by the user; accuracy is the user's responsibility.

Pricing and advertising

• No advertisements are displayed.
• No in-app purchases are offered.
• If paid features are introduced, these terms will be updated in advance.

Intellectual property

The app's design, code, interface, and branding belong to the Service Provider. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, and commercial redistribution are prohibited.

Account deletion

Users can delete their account from app settings or by contacting support@bcalikoglu.com. Deletion removes the profile, cloud data, and family relationships. Deleted data cannot be restored.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service Provider may change, suspend, or discontinue the service.

Changes

Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, while mandatory consumer rights remain reserved. Questions may be sent to support@bcalikoglu.com.
