Service scope

WatchWise is an app for discovering films and series, keeping a personal archive, rating, watchlists, diary entries, and optional social sharing. The Service Provider is Berkan Çalıkoğlu; contact support@bcalikoglu.com with questions.

Accounts and guest use

You may use core archive features as a guest. Creating an account can sync your data across devices and enables social features. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access credentials secure.

User content and community

When you publish a review, a public or follower-visible list, or a profile photo, you must follow the Community Guidelines. You are responsible for what you publish and must own the content or have the required permission to use it.

Unacceptable use

• Harassing, threatening, targeting, discriminating against, or abusing other people.
• Posting hate speech, sexual exploitation, incitement to violence, fraud, unlawful material, or content that violates another person’s privacy.
• Impersonating others, creating fake engagement, attempting to bypass security, or misusing the service.
• Posting content that infringes copyright or other third-party rights.

Catalogue and third-party content

Film and TV information is provided through the TMDB API. WatchWise is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Catalogue information is not guaranteed to be complete, uninterrupted, or available in every region.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review reports, remove content, limit its visibility, or temporarily or permanently restrict an account to protect the community. Where necessary for safety, action may be taken without prior notice.

Service changes and liability

WatchWise is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and will announce material changes on this page or in the app.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Contact support@bcalikoglu.com with questions.
