Provider and scope

The Service Provider is Berkan Çalıkoğlu (berkancalikoglu@outlook.com). The app provides shared family meal plans, a meal catalog, availability, day swaps, invitations, and related supporting features.

Account and use rules

• You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and keeping your contact channel accessible.
• You are responsible for password and device security and should report suspected access promptly.
• You may not use the app unlawfully, harmfully, in violation of rights, or in a way that disrupts the service.
• Each user is responsible for text, images, and links they add to a family space.

Service scope

Yemek Vakti is a family organization tool and does not provide medical, nutrition, or dietary advice. Recipes, plans, and user content are for information and planning. Users remain responsible for suitability and safety checks.

Pricing and advertising

• The initial store release contains no advertising.
• The initial store release offers no in-app purchases.
• If paid features or advertising are introduced, these terms and the relevant store disclosures will be updated before they become available.

Intellectual property

The app’s design, code, interface, brand, and original content belong to the Service Provider. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, and commercial redistribution are prohibited. Users remain responsible for their content and grant the limited license needed to operate the service.

Account deletion

Users can delete their account from app settings. Deletion is intended to remove or make inaccessible the profile, family relationships, and related plans/content. Deleted data cannot be restored. A family owner may need to transfer authority or complete required steps first.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service Provider may change, suspend, or discontinue the service. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or consequences of third-party service interruptions.

Changes

Material changes may be announced in the app, by email, or on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, while mandatory consumer rights remain reserved. Questions may be sent to berkancalikoglu@outlook.com.
